WHO WE ARE

At Grounded Wellbeing, we aim to center healing experiences for queer, trans and gender expansive people. We believe in taking daily grounded actions towards betterment for all. We envision a space where queer and trans people thrive, where queer and trans joy exists and is intentionally cultivated and celebrated. We believe in the transformative power of affirming and inclusive care. By nurturing the whole self and promoting holistic well-being, we strive to empower every person who walks through our doors to embrace their authentic selves and live their lives to the fullest.

  • OUR MISSION

We are dedicated to providing trauma-centered, holistic, and affirming psychotherapy and wellness services for all individuals. With this, we intentionally create a welcoming space that centers the healing journey of queer, trans, and gender expansive folx, ultimately leading to the betterment of our entire community.

  • OUR VISION

We envision a world where all individuals, regardless of their gender identity or expression, can find a safe and affirming space to heal, grow, and thrive. This vision becomes a reality, one person, one healing journey, and one community at a time.

  • OUR PURPOSE

Our purpose is to create a space where wellness looks different, and queer, trans, and gender expansive folx thrive, trans joy exists and healing is possible. At Grounded Wellbeing, we work alongside our clients to reclaim space, honor their journey, and cultivate self-compassion.

OUR VALUES

  • ATTUNEMENT

We stay present to the moment, to our clients, and to ourselves. Attunement shows up as awareness, care, and a commitment to quality in every interaction.

  • AUTHENTICITY

We believe our outer actions should reflect our inner truth. Living authentically means our words, our work, and our presence all point in the same direction, and we hold space for you to do the same.

  • COMMUNITY

We believe in solidarity and collective support. We show up for one another, and we believe healing happens in connection, not isolation.

  • COMPASSION

We give ourselves and each other continuous compassion. We prioritize flexibility and seeing each other's humanity, so that every person who walks through our doors feels met with care, not judgment.

  • LIBERATION

We root our work in equity, inclusion, and anti-oppressive practice. Liberation means actively working to dismantle the systems that keep people from healing and thriving.

  • RECLAMATION

We believe in taking back what was lost and transforming it into something better. Reclamation is an active practice for our clients, for ourselves, and for the communities we serve.
