With an office in Downtown Decatur, Grounded Wellbeing is a gender-affirming psychotherapy practice offering traditional psychotherapy, gender-affirming support, transformation coaching, and more, to all individuals. Our goal is to provide a safe space for individuals to feel supported and empowered to express their authentic selves.

Our approach is a holistic one and includes services for mind, body and soul wellness. Services include traditional talk therapy as well as energy alignment sessions (utilizing techniques like Reiki), sound healing as well as meditation and wellness coaching.
