Grounded Wellbeing is a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming mental health and wellness practice in Decatur, Georgia. We’re building a team of thoughtful, collaborative administrative team members and clinicians who care deeply about inclusive, high-quality care.

We are especially interested in hearing from people who value anti-oppressive practice, relational and trauma-focused work, and serving queer, trans, and gender-expansive communities. Work that is grounded in healing, community, and purpose. At Grounded Wellbeing, we believe the way we care for clients is inseparable from the way we care for our team. Our practice offers trauma-centered, holistic, and identity-affirming services for adolescents, adults, couples, polycules, families, and groups. We are especially passionate about serving queer, trans, and gender-expansive communities and creating space for healing that honors the full complexity of each person’s lived experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A fully licensed therapist in Georgia or nearing full licensure, depending on the role

  • A provisionally licensed therapist looking to learn and grow within a group practice setting

  • Passionate about affirming work with queer, trans, and gender-expansive clients

  • Grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and anti-oppressive clinical practice

  • Interested in working with adolescents and adults, and potentially couples, families, or groups

  • Collaborative, communicative, and invested in being part of a team

  • Organized, responsive, and committed to ethical, high-quality documentation and care

  • Excited by both clinical excellence and community impact
