COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

With COVID-19 numbers rising again, we want to ensure all clients feel safe and informed of our policies and procedures.

Am I required to wear a mask?

While at this point we aren't requiring masks in the office, we do encourage mask usage in communal spaces, such as the waiting room and group room. Please use your judgement and make the best decision for yourself! We have masks available in all communal spaces, as well as each office. We are supplying each office with a HEPA filter as well. If you would like your provider to wear a mask during sessions, please let them know at the beginning of the sessions; we are happy to do so to ensure your comfort and safety! 

Do you require proof of COVID-19 vaccinations?

We do not require clients to be vaccinated, however, every provider at Grounded Wellbeing is vaccinated and boosted. If you have any questions or concerns about the vaccination, please feel free to reach out.

What if I don’t feel comfortable presenting in-person due to COVID-19?

If you have any questions regarding COVID safety, we're happy to chat with you. We are committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment, and if you ever feel uncomfortable with in-person therapy, we are happy to provide telehealth services. Additionally, we are limiting all in-person groups to no more than 8 people for the time being. 

Will I be charged if I need to cancel due to a COVID-19 related illness?

If you are scheduled for an in-person appointment and are not feeling well, please let your provider know as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate last minute telehealth sessions.
