Margaret Landers, LAPC (she/her)
Clinical Therapist
TL;DR: I’m a warm, curious, Person-Centered therapist. My goal is to hold a creative, non-judgemental space where we can explore and get to know you better.

Hi there! Are you feeling lost, unanchored, or overwhelmed by a major life transition or loss? If you're feeling distant or unhappy, facing a relationship ending, a career change, retirement, or simply just to make meaning of change, we sound like a good fit! You might not know exactly what you need or have the language for how you’re feeling, and that’s okay. I’m here to help you organize your thoughts and explore what feels unclear.
I work with individuals ages 14+ as well as couples and polycules with a neurodiverse- and LGBT-affirming perspective. I focus on life transitions, grief and identity, and value an open and collaborative therapeutic space specific to your experience and system of beliefs. A lot of the time, finding the right language is half the battle, so I use metaphor a lot in session to relieve the pressure of finding the “perfect” words out of the gate. Many of my clients identify with alternative and spiritually diverse communities and non-traditional relationship types.
If you feel that we are a good fit, please contact me! I’m happy to have a consultation or intake session to ensure the connection feels right for you. Therapy is most effective if the relationship in the room feels comfortable, so I’m here to support you at your pace. Together, we can move around the pieces of your specific circumstances to experiment with new perspectives and help you find your authentic self.
Morning person? I hold sessions as early as 7:30am!
If you are curious about what working with me may look like, I’d love to chat! You can schedule your free 15-minute consult here.
Fun Facts!
I’m a big fan of slow hobbies: knitting, walking, reading, you name it!
I used to work in a plant store! Given the opportunity I will talk about orchids and carnivorous plants for well over an hour.
