Grounded Wellbeing exists to provide holistic and affirming therapy and wellness services to queer, trans, and gender-expansive folks. While we’re open to all (of course!), we encourage queer, trans, and gender-expansive clinicians to join our team. We value intentional and visible inclusion.   • Competitive split - taking care of yourself and/or your family is important to us, and we’ve designed our split to take care of you and allow you to grow with us

  • HIPAA-complaint email, phone, & EHR system (& the other boring expenses - rent, utilities, all included!) 

  • Group supervision (twice a month, small groups with experts in trauma & working with gender-diverse folks in an affirming way)

  • New clinician mentoring - we believe in your success, an abundance mindset, and are anti-gatekeeping 

  • Telemental Health Training (yep, the required one, we got you!)

  • Two additional trainings of your choice after 90 days (you pick - we love IFS, Hypnotherapy, EFT, but you do you!)

  • Steady stream of in-house referrals 

  • Collaborative marketing support (PsychToday, Mental Health Match, etc.), including business cards and regular networking opportunities (networking and marketing are scary - we’ll hold your hand along the way and make sure you sound like a human being!) 

  • Annual bonus (at a minimum) - the end of the year can be tough; take a week off, buy those holiday gifts, treat yourself to some soul care, whatever you decide, GWB has got you!

  • Dress how *you* want  - tattoos, piercings, shorts - show up how you’re most comfortable

CLINICAL INTERESTS:

  • Trauma competent — we mean little “t” and big “T” because *all* trauma is valid. 

  • Adolescents (13+) and Adults — our teens need us now more than ever. 

  • Relational, attachment lens — we heal in community with one another and know the therapeutic alliance is of the utmost importance. 

  • Body-based/somatic practices— we use bottom-up approaches here! 

  • Interest in facilitating group therapy/group spaces— think DBT, think sound healing, think purity culture recovery groups, all with an affirming lens. 

  • Interest in holistic therapy/meditation/hypnotherapy— we’re all about the woo. 

  • Children (7-12+) and families (highly preferred)— our queer and trans families need strong advocates. 

  • RO-DBT, ERP, ART, brainspotting training (preferred) (you don’t have to bring it to the table, but we hope you’re interested in some of it!) 

  • Couples/Partners, including Ethical Non-Monogamy and Kink/BDSM (preferred)— we value relationships in all their forms!

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree (Social Work, Clinical Counseling, etc., you know the drill) 

  • Full-time caseload (18+ clients/week)

  • Fully Licensed

  • Malpractice insurance 

  • Anti-racist, Queer & Trans affirming and competent

  • Values community engagement & advocacy
