Energy Alignment Healing Sessions

In-person only, this session focuses on body healing at the energetic level. May include Reiki, guided meditation, chakra balancing, or sound healing. These healing sessions are designed for individuals only. We recognize that not all energetic healing spaces are queer and trans affirming which is why we are passionate about ensuring access to these alternative healing modalities through our practice.

Energy healing is an effective tool for healing and transformation. We are experienced practitioners of Reiki, sound healing, meditation and other modalities that work to restore balance across mind, body and spirit.

These sessions are person centered which means we cater them to your individual needs and goals. Collaboratively we’ll identify imbalances or blockages and areas of focus for energy healing work that supports your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Sound Healing Groups

Our group sessions use the power of sound to help with connecting to your inner self while promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Our sound healing techniques incorporate a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other percussion instruments. We believe that sound therapy can be an effective tool for healing and self-exploration, promoting relaxation, and reducing stress and anxiety.

Our sound healing sessions are designed to help you release negative emotions, stress, and anxiety while promoting positive energy, relaxation, and wellbeing. We believe that our group sessions can help you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in your own body, promoting a sense of inner peace and harmony.

Transformation Mentor and Wellness Coaching

Online or in-person, this session will help you work towards achieving personal transformation goals. What’s the difference between mentoring and therapy? With therapy we often spend time in the past, looking at how the past has impacted the present day. With mentoring, we are in the here and now working in the present to build your most authentic life. For more information on our mentoring services, continue reading below.

Our mentoring sessions are designed to help you identify and achieve your personal wellness goals. We work with you to develop a customized plan that supports your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, incorporating elements such as mind/body connection, mindfulness, meditation, stress management, and self-care.

We believe wellness is holistic in that it encompasses all aspects of your life like work, relationships, and health. Our coaches will help you explore and integrate these different areas of your life to promote balance, harmony, and wellbeing.

Our group offers a safe and supportive space where you can connect with others who share similar experiences, and explore meditation practices that are tailored to your unique needs and challenges. We understand that everyone's journey is different, and we are committed to providing a warm and compassionate environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.

Our meditations are designed to help you cultivate self-love, acceptance, and inner strength, and to release negative emotions or self-doubt that may be holding you back. We use a variety of techniques, including guided meditations, affirmations, visualizations, and mindfulness exercises, to help you connect with your own sense of identity and inner peace.
